Return Policy for Vitelia Paris Group
At Vitelia Paris Group, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the items is with sufficient proof of a valid issues
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used. Even if the product is unopened, once it leaves our control, it may become compromised and potentially unsafe for other customers. Refunds will not be granted without sufficient proof of a valid issue.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@supplementparis.com. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
